•   13th August is celebrated as the International Left Hander’s Day all over the World. On this special occasion; ILHC along with Amar Ujala is organizing 1st ever Unique Talent Appreciation event for Lefthanded Students of North India.

•   This initiative would be organized for Left hander students of Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand. More than 1000 Lefthander students are supposed to participate in this activity.

•   In the event; we will felicitate 10th & 12th standard topper Lefthanded students from various cities of North India. Final program will be organized in Delhi on 13th August 2014. Total 1000 selected students will get Medal along with Appreciation Certificate.

GUIDELINE FOR APPRECIATION

We will shortlist the top 100 Lefthanded students (50 from 10th and 50 from 12th standard toppers) from 10 prominent cities of north India.The including cities are:-
1) Agra                                     2) Bareilly                                  3) Dehradun
4) Nainital                                 5) Kanpur                                  6) Lucknow
7) Varanasi                               8) Meerut                                  9) Moradabad
10) Delhi-NCR

•   It means each city will select 100 students from 10 cities so approximately 1000 students will participate in the event organized on 13th August 2014.

•   The Criteria for short listed students will be on the basis of Merit position. Students would need to submit the attested photocopies of 10th & 12th mark sheets along with the duty-filled entry form.

•   The entry form will be available in our respective Amar Ujala Offices from 25th July 2014 and the students would be requested to submit their duty-filled entry form along with required 10th/12th mark sheet  on or before 5th August 2014.

•   The unit will select the top 100 students for the final program and communicate the same with selected students or their parents. The selected students also need to submit permission letter from parents and school to participation in final program organize on 13th August 2014 at Delhi.

•   The participants will need to attend the program at their own expense. Reservation or any other traveling arrangement is not the responsibility of ILHC or Amar Ujala so students have to come by their own arrangements.

•   The students who have passed their 10th & 12th with UP Board, CBSE Board or ICSE Board can participate in this activity and only left handed students are eligible to apply in the event.

•   The entry form will be available in our website. Participants can download the form and submit it at respective Amar Ujala city offices.
